Recruitment details:

We are seeking one postdoctoral researcher to contribute to the JST Next-Generation Edge AI Semiconductor R&D Program, Theme 3: Next-Generation Transistor Technologies. The successful candidate will conduct research on the wafer-scale synthesis of two-dimensional (2D) semiconductor materials, particularly transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs), and on the development of novel device architectures and transfer techniques. To support this project, we are looking for a highly motivated researcher with a strong background in materials science, semiconductor devices, or closely related fields.

Period of employment:

From November 2026 or later through March 2028 (subject to extension depending on the availability of project funding).

Salary:

Salary will be comparable to that provided for a JSPS Postdoctoral Research Fellow
